T's & C's HARRISHART Terms and Conditions Harris Hart aim to dispatch your order within 48hours (weekdays & excluding bank holidays) of placing your order for Standard Delivery (Monday - Friday). UK postcodes ONLY and You MUST allow 3-5 WORKING days for this service. Harris Hart send by courier (FEDEX) for insurance purposes you will be fully informed when Harris Hart send you your dispatch email update. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday or Tuesday. Please note: Orders to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and anywhere outside mainland Britain that is classed within the UK will be price on application. This is available Monday - Friday only and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days. Deliveries are made 8.30am - 6pm and are made by FEDEX UK. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address. Prices, payment and VAT: All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at prevailing rates What if I encounter a problem with your Harris Hart website? Please phone us on 01706 625355 or email to info@epsom-salts.com and Harris Hart will process your order for you. Packaging: As a company Harris Hart are very aware of the environment so wherever possible Harris Hart recycle boxes and packaging. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already been collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges imposed by the courier. Harris Hart will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less the delivery charge and any other charges incurred by Harris Hart, including a £5.00 administration fee. Unfortunately, Harris Hart cannot refund any personalised items or items that have been removed from their original packaging. Harris Hart strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items to us as a receipt for your return. Harris Hart will contact you by email once your items are received and will provide the amount that is to be refunded. Please check your order thoroughly on receipt for any damages or issues with your items. Unfortunately any disputes will not be dealt with after 7 days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Harris Hart. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered. Non-acceptance of an order: Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless Harris Hart have notified you that Harris Hart do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
